With the development of economy and society, cast-in-place buildings have brought many unexpected side effects, which affect our living environment. The emergence of "assembled" building makes up for the shortcomings of cast-in-place building such as high cost, unfriendly materials, long construction period and short life span, etc. With the support of BIM technology (BIM+assembly), it makes up for the shortcomings of assembled building which requires secondary pouring and large workload. BIM technology simplifies the design and review of drawings in the early stage of the assembled building; the assembled building shortens the construction and acceptance cycle in the later stage. The combination of "BIM+assembly" is a form of construction worth studying and promoting. It can better realize efficient and accurate design, green, low-carbon, energy-saving, environmental protection, time-saving and intelligent construction.
