The method used to write the article relates to the dialectic of descriptive-qualitative research aimed at obtaining an empirical picture of infrastructure, economic and service development in border areas. The results of this paper show that with a development in the border area, it must prioritize a prosperity approach, which in this case is complemented by an economic approach that can encourage an investment in a border area that is in accordance with several the potential and opportunities that the region has.
