First time corona was reported (1960). According to Canadian studies 2001, corona virus had seen as a cold form and identified approximately 500 patients then spread in many countries like the United States of America, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan and India. In the Wuhan, Hubei province, China. In 2019, infected 9,720 people and reported 213 deaths after that spread in 19 other countries. Corona virus in the initial phase fever-like symptoms and after that lung infection may occur, if not cured. During the time patient should some medicine and take precaution like hand wash, mask, distance and avoid crowdie place or do yoga, meditation and long breath exercise for lung infection. First we should change our psychologically it should be strong so that minimize the fear of corona, if develop such type symptoms suddenly isolate ourselves, think positive and take doctor advise.

Abnormalities in the differentiation of dental lamina and tooth germ or abnormalities in the formation of dental hard tissue leads to dental anomalies. Detection of dental anomalies is important for a good clinician. Successful treatment of an endodontically involved tooth in esthetic zone is a great challenge especially when there is developmental alteration in the tooth shapes.

In the present case report, a 29 year old male patient reported with chief complain of pain in relation to maxillary central incisors which were abnormally large in size mesiodistally suggestive of bilateral double tooth (a rare developmental anomaly). Endodontically treating the teeth and restoring the teeth with composite gave good results along with patient satisfaction.

Soft tissue enlargements of the oral cavity frequently present a diagnostic challenge because a varied group of pathologic processes can produce such lesions. Within these lesions is a group of reactive hyperplasias, which develop in response to a chronic, recurring tissue injury that stimulates an exuberant or excessive tissue repair response. Peripheral Giant Cell Granuloma (PGCG) is one of the most frequent giant cell lesions of the jaws. Treatment involves surgical resection with extensive clearing of the base of the lesion to avoid recurrence. However if the lesion is too big in size, then reduction in size of the lesion by sclerotherapy gives better results and reduces the chances of recurrence. This paper showcases some cases managed in this fashion.

Journal of Case Reports in Medical Science, Volume 7, Issue 2, Page 14-18

Introduction: To describe the multiplicity of ocular manifestations of COVID-19 patients, we report a case of bilateral conjunctivitis related with SARS-CoV-2 infection without respiratory involvement in a patient with novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

Case Summary:  A 25-year-old healthy female developed severe conjunctivitis in her right eye, followed by her left eye 4 days after fever and myalgia. The patient had no symptoms of cough, shortness of breath.  On day 7, nasopharyngeal swab to identify SARS-CoV-2 by RT-PCR was positive and on day 10, after worsening of conjunctivitis, conjunctival swab specimens were found positive for SARS-CoV-2. There were no respiratory symptoms, her chest x ray and chest computed tomography (CT) did not show pneumonia.

Discussion and Conclusion: SARS-CoV-2 can cause life-threatening respiratory failure, but there are evidences representing alternative modes of transmission and others organs complications that can be also life threatening. In this case we describe a severe bilateral viral conjunctivitis in a young woman with COVID-19 infection and on day 10 after severe symptoms, conjunctival swab RT-PCR test result was positive. There are few studies that shows, presence of coronavirus in tears and conjunctival secretions is probably due to direct inoculation of SARS-CoV-2 from infected droplets, the migration by the nasolacrimal duct, or hematogenous infection of the lacrimal gland. Few studies with a positive RT-PCR test findings in conjunctival swab samples of confirmed COVID-19 patients provide objective evidence for SARS-CoV-2 ocular surface infection. However, some patients with positive conjunctival RT-PCR results with no evidence of conjunctivitis.

Triple A syndrome is a rare genetic disorder characterized by cardinal features of adrenal failure, achalasia, and alacrimia. It was first reported by Allgrove in 1978 and less than 200 cases have been reported worldwide. This case presentation is a seven year old girl born full term with severe congenital bilateral sensorineural hearing loss confirmed at 6 months, who was referred for evaluation of asthenia and hyperpigmentation and was first diagnosed as Addison's disease and treated as such. One month later, in the context of symptomatic hypokalemia, it was observed that primary adrenal insufficiency was selective for glucocorticoids and did not associate saline loss so Allgrove syndrome came to mind. Being specifically asked about it, the family confirmed the absence of tears when crying. The diagnosis was confirmed by massive sequencing (homozygous pathogenic variant c.1087 + 1G> A in the AAAS gene). In conclusion a high degree of suspicion for clinical clues of syndromic manifestation is needed, as early diagnosis can reduce the morbidity and mortality.
